John and Coleman had a busy week! John went to learn archery and tells us about his experience, and Coleman discusses seeing The Blue Man Group. Also, they both partied this week participating in a birthday pub crawl and a show from the musical duo The KitchenKillaz. Can you count how many F-words are said in the first segment?
Coleman felt lucky, so he decided to try his hand at a few scratch off tickets. For “Did Ya Hear?”, conversations included the Daytona 500, NBA All-Star weekend, a man who needs Trump for comfort, a smelly family at the airport, and much more! The guys got rained on a little bit, so hopefully it isn’t too distracting. We hope you enjoy listening as much as we enjoy chatting, laugh with us or at us, and tip your content creators at patreon.com/FTI !
John and Coleman wish you a Happy Valentine’s Day! They talk about how they celebrate the holiday, and the fact that flowers are pointless. Other discussions include brooms standing up on their own, the Oscars/Academy Awards, Coleman getting pretty drunk one day this past week as he walks us through it, and more! Also, for V-Day, we just wanted to say we love you all!
For “Did Ya Hear?”, the guys converse about the voting registration deadline, Disney World prices rising, some big plastic trash monster, an outlet mall shooting in Orlando (UPDATE: Suspect is no longer on the run, suspect has been found dead; suicide, gunshot), info about the dolphin show at Sea World, and a lot more! And Coleman has an interesting “Pizza’s Pick” this week for everyone. We hope you enjoy listening as much as we enjoy chatting, laugh with us or at us, and tip your content creators at patreon.com/fti
John and Coleman have an extra long show this week! The guys interview the legend Jack O’Halloran, known for his successful boxing career and for playing some big roles in Hollywood. Jack talks about going toe to toe with George Foreman, beating the crap out of champions, and even almost getting a fight with Muhammad Ali! He also discusses some of his characters that he has played in movies such as Superman 1 and 2 (Non), King Kong (Joe Perko), Dragnet (Emil), Farewell My Lovely (Moose), March or Die (Ivan), and more! Listen to Jack talk about how he slammed Christopher Reeve up against a wall, inspired Sylvester Stallone’s “Rocky” character, and the roles he has turned down in some big movies, like James Bond for example! And did you know he has a book?
Sprinkled around the interview, John and Coleman talk about the Super Bowl and everything surrounding it. From the commercials to the halftime show, and from the game itself to Trump being confused as to which state won the game. Also, Coleman went camping! He tells John how much of a struggle the weather and his tent was, despite having a good time overall. We can not thank Mr. Jack O’Halloran enough for taking time out of his busy day to chat with us about all that he has accomplished! Look out in the future for his other books and potentially any motion pictures he may be working on! We hope you enjoy listening as much as we enjoy chatting, laugh with us or at us, and tip your pizza maker!
John and Coleman have plenty to discuss, starting with the sudden passing of the great Kobe Bryant and everyone else aboard the helicopter that malfunctioned and crashed. The guys also discuss a bit about the Pro Bowl that was just here in Orlando, as well as their event they are working on set for March 1st. Coleman has a firsthand experience with the electric scooters and informs us on how user friendly they are. Also, the guys do “Scoop on the Group” thanks to our friends of the show, and Coleman tells John about an interesting documentary he saw. Oh, and Coleman brings back “Pizza’s Picks” with two good recommendations!
For “Did Ya Hear?”, the discussions included the Coronavirus, the 62nd Grammys, a bitcoin scheme, micro-apartments, a massive earthquake, and more! And John has some more issues pronouncing words and names. We hope you enjoy listening as much as we enjoy chatting, laugh with us or at us, and tip your pizza maker!
John and Coleman get back at it. Coleman’s feeling super ill, but that didn’t stop him from doing the show! The guys go through suggestions from listeners and friends of the show on how to cure a headache and fever most efficiently. Also, they both went to The News Junkie Secret Show 150 party, and it was crazy. Did John really throw up again? They also talk about musicians and how they can be divas, but also how some will call fans up on stage to play with them.
For “Did Ya Hear?”, discussions included the McGregor and Cowboy fight, Super Bowl 54, a hoverboarding dentist, the drama within the Royal Family, and more! Go over to Patreon.com/FTI for bonus shows with even more debauchery. We hope you enjoy listening as much as we enjoy chatting, laugh with us or at us, and tip your pizza maker!
John and Coleman have a lot to get to! They are beginning new journeys on a number of different forefronts. They started a Patreon, and they explain what you can expect from it (visit patreon.com/fti to contribute). Also, Coleman explains a new business adventure he is going on involving drinking, pizza making, and group fun! This episode wasn’t live, and may not be for some time because we are not on the Amplified Network anymore. John runs into a Billy goat and the guys get to some group page conversations.
John and Coleman also drunkenly interview famous acting coach Barry Papick! It was mainly John that was drunk, but Barry was so down to earth and cool to talk to about working with other talent and about what he does for a living. Thanks Barry! We hope you enjoy listening as much as we enjoy chatting, laugh with us or at us, and tip your pizza maker!
John and Coleman are on-location at “Maxine’s On Shine”! They sit down and chat with the owners, Kirt and Maxine! We talk about their success with their many awards and nominations, as well as the tribulations and difficulties that come with operating a business. Also, they talk about some events that they have coming up, things on their menu, and they even tell us a bit about themselves on a personal level (among MUCH more). They have a lovely place and they are lovely people. “Maxine’s On Shine” this year is nominated at Orlandoweekly.com for “best brunch, best bloody mary, and best place to take a date”, and they have also won Reader’s and Critic’s Choice awards for the Orlando Magazine year after year since 2013. What do you expect? They’re in the Dining Hall of Fame! We encourage you to vote for them this year and check out their unique restaurant if you haven’t already! Huge thanks to Kirt and Maxine, they’re a complete delight and interviewing them was a real treat with a lot of hilarity involved. Go to maxinesonshine.com to find out more! We hope you enjoy listening as much as we enjoy chatting, laugh with us or at us, and tip your pizza maker gosh darn it!
John and Coleman chat with comedian/podcaster Ross McCoy! There were a range of topics from his early days in comedy and radio to what he’s doing now in regards to both. He recently started a podcast “The Orlando Talk Show (TOTS)” that everyone should check out. Ross explains a bit of his love for amusement rides and Fortnite; Also, him and Coleman remember way back to when they first met.
The jokes were flying throughout. Coleman tries to find out what “burns Ross’ tots”, as well as, John trying to find out why Ross is called “The Pine Hills Ninja”. For “Did Ya Hear?”, they bring up the deaths of two Mt. Everest climbers, tornadoes touching down all over the states, and the NBA/NHL playoffs. Can’t describe everything discussed, you’ll just have to listen. We hope you enjoy listening as much as we enjoy chatting, laugh with us or at us, and tip your pizza maker!
John and Coleman are metaphor crazy in this one, comparing things to sausage/bacon. John is dealing with more obstacles being outside a lot more, for example, a lot of bug bites! Coleman updates us on Orlando City Soccer, and get this, they won! Also included is sprinkled conversation of some gross stuff.
For “Did Ya Hear?”, Arnold Schwarzenegger gets attacked in South Africa, a fake arch bishop sells the “benefits” of drinking bleach to cure disease, and a gnarly big bad bone breaking report from Coleman. Nominate us for Orlando Weekly best local podcast, and we would be very grateful. We hope you enjoy listening as much as we enjoy chatting, laugh with us or at us, and tip your pizza maker, JINX!
John and Coleman find themselves saying the phrases “I don’t get it” or “I don’t understand” a lot in this one. John’s luck has been turning around, the sun has been burning him, and his phone is getting crappier. Coleman made his signature pizza “The Piesenberg” for the KitchenKillaz Monday wrap-up show. They also discuss the Orlando Weekly voting, and encourage you to nominate/vote. Also, Happy late Mother’s Day!
During “Did Ya Hear?” is where John and Coleman’s confusion peaks. Between a guy getting arrested for a silly bumper sticker, to an airplane pilot getting busted at the airport for a triple homicide from 4 years ago. We just don’t understand or get it! People are crazy, and there’s just no stopping that. John and Coleman discuss a number of other things so make sure to listen, and then share, rate, and review. We would love your vote for “Best Local Podcast” under ‘Local Color’ at www.OrlandoWeekly.com . Either way, we hope you enjoy listening as much as we enjoy chatting, you can laugh with us or at us, tip your pizza maker, and try to find a bar that serves food not a restaurant that serves beer!
John and Coleman are joined with….no guest! Between telling stories, to recent things in the headlines from the past week, there were a lot of topics hit. Coleman got a new tattoo, John binged the Umbrella Academy on Netflix, and next month’s prize is discussed as well as a different means to winning (recall your sickness!). And because of a listener/friend, both of them are drinking mega large beverages!
They do “Did Ya Hear?”, getting to topics such as a rhino poacher getting murdered, Wrestlemania 35, the fake Timmothy Pitzen, and more. There are a number of different wheels in motion for the show to progress, and we appreciate your participation and continued support. It keeps us going, and pushes us to build and grow just as our audience has. We hope you enjoy listening as much as we enjoy chatting, laugh with us or at us, and for goodness sake tip your pizza maker!
This episode John and Coleman interview David Batten from Liberty Health Sciences during the middle portion, or the meat of the show if you will! They were also joined by Rocky from “What’s the Fuss?” podcast, and had some questions for David about being a manager of a Florida medical dispensary. They tried new things, shared laughs, and had a good ol’ time getting informed. Though some of it may seem common knowledge, people just like to pretend they know when they actually don’t.
Also Coleman lost his voice while yelling during an Orlando City Soccer match, and apparently found other voices within himself. They do “Did Ya Hear?” along with the monthly prize giveaway in the last segment. The timeline for this one jumps around and the settings of recording change, but we hope you continue to laugh with us or at us. And tip your pizza maker!
John has Baby on along with Chris Coleman and Adrianna for a little spontaneous double date sort of thing. John and Bay just finished playing a virtual reality zombie killing game, so let’s talk zombie survival!
We spend time catching up and tangenting a little bit. do you guys know what a squat-crunch is? After that we get into some zombie conversation, and where is the effing waiter with these cheese fries?
