We truly can’t thank everyone enough for listening to two fools talk into microphones! And a huge thanks to everyone who has come onto the show up to this point. We are going to continue to joke and laugh while trying to inform you every so often. We were hammered, and we love you all. We hope you enjoy listening as much as we enjoy chatting, laugh with us or at us, and tip your pizza maker! Cheers to the next one hundred!!

99. Maxine & Kirt from Maxine’s On Shine

John and Coleman are on-location at “Maxine’s On Shine”! They sit down and chat with the owners, Kirt and Maxine! We talk about their success with their many awards and nominations, as well as the tribulations and difficulties that come with operating a business. Also, they talk about some events that they have coming up, things on their menu, and they even tell us a bit about themselves on a personal level (among MUCH more). They have a lovely place and they are lovely people. “Maxine’s On Shine” this year is nominated at Orlandoweekly.com for “best brunch, best bloody mary, and best place to take a date”, and they have also won Reader’s and Critic’s Choice awards for the Orlando Magazine year after year since 2013. What do you expect? They’re in the Dining Hall of Fame! We encourage you to vote for them this year and check out their unique restaurant if you haven’t already! Huge thanks to Kirt and Maxine, they’re a complete delight and interviewing them was a real treat with a lot of hilarity involved. Go to maxinesonshine.com to find out more! We hope you enjoy listening as much as we enjoy chatting, laugh with us or at us, and tip your pizza maker gosh darn it!

98. Secret Shows Spew Exposed

What a week it was! John and Coleman had a lot to get to. Discussions included two car accidents that John was recently associated with, stuff from the group page for the first ever “Scoop on the Group”, and the overall debauchery the two get into at such places like Casey’s and “The News Junkie Pinewood Derby”. Speaking of The News Junkie, John and Coleman let the cat out of the bag (but the puke in) on what happened to John during their #125 Secret Show, and they rip the paper bag incident wide open as John tries his best to explain his side.

“Did Ya Hear?” has some popular news stories such as the idea of raiding Area 51, all the Disney live-action movies, the FaceApp’s Old Age filter, and much more! Tune in every week for funny stories, a humorous spin on news, and a whole lot of nonsense. We hope you enjoy listening as much as we enjoy chatting, laugh with us or at us, and tip your pizza maker!

97. New Beginnings at Hideaway’s Past

John and Coleman are at Hideaway Bar in Orlando and change the format of the show a bit. Along with discussing multiple changes, they record the hour straight through. John mentions a possible new segment and doesn’t care for fireworks. While Coleman got a new tattoo and might make a TV show cameo in the near future!

For “Did Ya Hear?” the topics included a 15 year old woman tennis player, USA men and women’s soccer, an Iguana issue in South Florida, and more. We hope you enjoy listening as much as we enjoy chatting, laugh with us or at us, and tip your pizza maker!

Bonus #9 – Peanut Butter Dog Dong & Wally’s Reopens

For this bonus it’s John, Rocky, and Coleman as always. Per usual, they roast each other a bit. Discussions also include them getting nominated for “best local podcast” in Orlando, the show’s group page (Funny Informatives), Dog the Bounty Hunter’s wife Beth, and more.

With the old-standing bar Wally’s reopening up, they saw it fit to talk about it and go over there to see the changes and renovations. We hope you enjoy listening as much as we enjoy chatting, laugh with us or at us, and tip your pizza maker!

96. Josh Bauer From JBauerArt

For this one John and Coleman talk to the very talented painter, Josh Bauer! Discussions include how he got into doing live paintings, tips for new painters, and more. Also, the comparison of painters versus other artists is made, as well as the difficulty of determining the value of your own work. Huge thanks to Josh Bauer for coming on! We hope you enjoy listening as much as we enjoy chatting, laugh with us or at us, and tip your pizza makers and painters!

95.5 – Trump Announces Re-Election Campaign in Orlando, and We Attended

John and Coleman spend this “halfisode” ( half episode) recounting their experience of the rally they recently attended held in downtown Orlando for the announcement of Donald Trump’s 2020 Re-election campaign. There were some tense situations, and endearing ones as well. Also, Coleman interviewed a number of people and John grabbed Baby Trump by the Paddywagon.

94. Bummin’ in the Park / Lake Eola

Ok, so this episode is pretty long. Recording at Lake Eola, John and Coleman haven’t caught up in over a week so they had a lot to discuss. John gets “wet sock” and urinates on his belt, Coleman threw a birthday party for his girlfriend Adriana, and they talk about like a hundred other things including going to their favorite bar “Casey’s”.

Also, the question of “What do you expect out of your Uber driver?” is presented when Coleman had a bad experience with one recently, and we got your responses. An Orlando City Soccer update was had as well. We also get to “Did Ya Hear?” (eventually) and cover news like Jeopardy James’ historic run, the Women’s World Cup beginning, and a few more. And did someone steal Pizza_Piesenberg’s recipe for his pizza? Thanks for checking us out and remember to share, rate/review, and subscribe! We hope you enjoy listening as much as we enjoy chatting, laugh with us or at us, and tip your pizza maker!

93. Ross McCoy

John and Coleman chat with comedian/podcaster Ross McCoy! There were a range of topics from his early days in comedy and radio to what he’s doing now in regards to both. He recently started a podcast “The Orlando Talk Show (TOTS)” that everyone should check out. Ross explains a bit of his love for amusement rides and Fortnite; Also, him and Coleman remember way back to when they first met.

The jokes were flying throughout. Coleman tries to find out what “burns Ross’ tots”, as well as, John trying to find out why Ross is called “The Pine Hills Ninja”. For “Did Ya Hear?”, they bring up the deaths of two Mt. Everest climbers, tornadoes touching down all over the states, and the NBA/NHL playoffs. Can’t describe everything discussed, you’ll just have to listen. We hope you enjoy listening as much as we enjoy chatting, laugh with us or at us, and tip your pizza maker!

92. Making Sausage with Butchered Bacon & Cold Showers

John and Coleman are metaphor crazy in this one, comparing things to sausage/bacon. John is dealing with more obstacles being outside a lot more, for example, a lot of bug bites! Coleman updates us on Orlando City Soccer, and get this, they won! Also included is sprinkled conversation of some gross stuff.

For “Did Ya Hear?”, Arnold Schwarzenegger gets attacked in South Africa, a fake arch bishop sells the “benefits” of drinking bleach to cure disease, and a gnarly big bad bone breaking report from Coleman. Nominate us for Orlando Weekly best local podcast, and we would be very grateful. We hope you enjoy listening as much as we enjoy chatting, laugh with us or at us, and tip your pizza maker, JINX!

91. We Just Don’t Get It

John and Coleman find themselves saying the phrases “I don’t get it” or “I don’t understand” a lot in this one. John’s luck has been turning around, the sun has been burning him, and his phone is getting crappier. Coleman made his signature pizza “The Piesenberg” for the KitchenKillaz Monday wrap-up show. They also discuss the Orlando Weekly voting, and encourage you to nominate/vote. Also, Happy late Mother’s Day!

During “Did Ya Hear?” is where John and Coleman’s confusion peaks. Between a guy getting arrested for a silly bumper sticker, to an airplane pilot getting busted at the airport for a triple homicide from 4 years ago. We just don’t understand or get it! People are crazy, and there’s just no stopping that. John and Coleman discuss a number of other things so make sure to listen, and then share, rate, and review. We would love your vote for “Best Local Podcast” under ‘Local Color’ at www.OrlandoWeekly.com . Either way, we hope you enjoy listening as much as we enjoy chatting, you can laugh with us or at us, tip your pizza maker, and try to find a bar that serves food not a restaurant that serves beer!

90. Table for Twenty & Smashed Knees

John and Coleman are back at it and have quite a few stories to tell. John swallows glass and attends the Orlando City Lions soccer game, and Coleman went to the 3rd Fish Fry. With Cinco De Mayo this past week, the debauchery was increased. Friends fell down, friends were drunk, and friends were reserving spots at restaurants for twenty people. Needless to say, the last few days have been eventful.

For segment two, they raffle away $25 to Best Buy for a listener and do “Did Ya Hear?”. Getting into discussions such as the Kentucky Derby disqualification, a Game of Thrones continuity error, and another stupid criminal. We hope you enjoy listening as much as we enjoy chatting, laugh with us or at us, and tip your pizza maker!

89. Tony’s Tangent Train

This episode John and Coleman have a riot of a time with comedian Tony Barrett (Nos)! Between his voices and improv skills, the jokes were flying. We play two games throughout, as well as ask Tony B some questions about his personal life versus his on-stage presence as a funnyman, and where the F the nickname “Nos” came from.

The topics range a great deal from hardcore parkour and colonoscopies, to Cleopatra in a Jewelry store and Edgar Allan Poe at Barnes & Nobles. During “Did Ya Hear?” they talk about stupid criminals doing stupid things, a painful bone break, and a few other things. We hope you enjoy listening as much as we enjoy chatting, laugh with us or at us, and tip your pizza maker!

Backyard Sessions 14 – Entering the Black Hole / Rick & Ant

Rocky and John are joined with the “Entering the Black Hole” Podcast by Rick and Anthony. Fair warning, we get a little rambunctious! We talk about how ETBH got started, as well as, what they are doing now with their most recent hot sauce challenges. We talk about hot sauce a few times throughout the show, and Rocky forces John to try some. This episode is chaotic, but we shared a lot of laughs and packed in a lot of jokes during the interview!

They also discuss what Rick and Ant are planning in the future, including an event at Johnny’s Filling Station in Orlando on April 23rd at 6pm. We discuss the idea behind some of their segments on their show. We also get into talking about controversy, and how it should or could be handled. We had a lot of fun and hope you can keep up with the craziness. Enjoy this hour with Rick and Anthony from Entering the Black Hole!

87. Mortar Missile Beers & Email for the Win

John and Coleman are joined with….no guest! Between telling stories, to recent things in the headlines from the past week, there were a lot of topics hit. Coleman got a new tattoo, John binged the Umbrella Academy on Netflix, and next month’s prize is discussed as well as a different means to winning (recall your sickness!). And because of a listener/friend, both of them are drinking mega large beverages!

They do “Did Ya Hear?”, getting to topics such as a rhino poacher getting murdered, Wrestlemania 35, the fake Timmothy Pitzen, and more. There are a number of different wheels in motion for the show to progress, and we appreciate your participation and continued support. It keeps us going, and pushes us to build and grow just as our audience has. We hope you enjoy listening as much as we enjoy chatting, laugh with us or at us, and for goodness sake tip your pizza maker!

86. Lost and Found of Voices & Interview with David Batten

This episode John and Coleman interview David Batten from Liberty Health Sciences during the middle portion, or the meat of the show if you will! They were also joined by Rocky from “What’s the Fuss?” podcast, and had some questions for David about being a manager of a Florida medical dispensary. They tried new things, shared laughs, and had a good ol’ time getting informed. Though some of it may seem common knowledge, people just like to pretend they know when they actually don’t.

Also Coleman lost his voice while yelling during an Orlando City Soccer match, and apparently found other voices within himself. They do “Did Ya Hear?” along with the monthly prize giveaway in the last segment. The timeline for this one jumps around and the settings of recording change, but we hope you continue to laugh with us or at us. And tip your pizza maker!

85. Brunch With the KitchenKillaz

They provide a great behind the scenes look at how they have accomplished all that they have up to this point and what they hope to get done in the future. The laughter was contagious in this one. This episode John and Coleman celebrate St. Patty’s Day! They talk about some of their adventures, some separate some together. They also discuss a lot of pukey related stuff, and do a chugging challenge to celebrate the holiday! This show is longer for the lack of an episode last week.

For “Did Ya Hear?”, there are things brought up like the effects of daylight savings time, a reminder to do your taxes, the Boeing 737 crashes, and more. As we make some changes to the show, we can not thank everyone enough for their continual support. We hope you enjoy listening as much as we enjoy chatting, and laugh with us or at us! If you don’t like us we’re sorry, maybe make a diss track about it? See you next Tuesday!

It’s just John and Coleman on this episode. They settle in easy discussing Coleman shaving his heard, a bit about Medieval Times, how it is when running into old high school acquaintances, and a few other things! Like maybe another giveaway for this month?!?

John briefly shares his love for background characters in TV sitcoms, Coleman shares a little about the Orlando City Soccer’s season opener, and they both suck on helium as a way to cope with the national shortage of the element. John has been temporarily producing another show, the guys have a great guest lined up for later in the week, and they both went to a killer surprise birthday party!

Also discussed was the obvious shame from R. Kelly, New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft, and Jussie Smollett from the show “Empire”. And the first giveaway is done! A friend of the show and listener wins themselves a $25 gift card, so listen to find out if it was you! Thank you, we hope you enjoy listening as much as we enjoy chatting. LAUGH WITH US OR AT US!

Backyard Sessions 13 – Trey from Swervey Jones Show & Cookin’ Up Comedy

On this 13th edition, Rocky and John have producer and host, Trey Siwek from “Swevery Jones Show” and “Cookin’ Up Comedy”! It was a real treat because for the first time, we are in our guest’s backyard, and he cooks for us! We discuss a range of things, from his experience in doing talk shows to his passion for cooking.

This episode is in 3 segments, we had a huge scary fire in the middle of us that Trey was cooking on and it just made sense to be careful and stand back! He was also making drinks for us and was easily the busiest guest we’ve had, while being on point for the conversation. His hospitality was amazing and we can not thank him enough for hosting us at his home while we hosted him on the show. Check out his hilarity on the Swervey Jones Show or Cookin’ Up Comedy Podcasts, but for right now, enjoy an hour of Trey Siwek!

We are in the backyard again for our 12th session as John and Rocky are joined with another amazing special guest, BMX professional and shop owner Chad DeGroot! In segment one, he talks about some of his travels over the years as well as some of his projects he has worked on. Chad tells us some memorable stories of his past, and we also have some innocent conversation about TV and what some of the best days of his life have been.

In segment two, Chad messes with Rocky! Chad told John he was going to troll Rocky, so, he starts acting confused and misunderstands everything Rocky is saying on purpose. Also, there were extremely hot chicken wings as the food on this one (so there may be some choking). We can not thank the BMX professional enough for stopping by and chatting with us. Sit back and enjoy an hour of the class act, Chad DeGroot!

Bonus #7 – Short, Crazy, Random Tangents

This episode is a bonus with John, Coleman, and Rocky. The topics are fast flying and quick firing. Topics range from Groundhog Day and movies to The Super Bowl and the headaches of moving.

79. MLK Day, Total Eclipse, & Lesley Jo

John and Coleman have on the most recent guest from our Backyard Sessions, comedian and host Lesley Jo! Instead of raffling off a bunch of questions at her though, she just hangs out. Discussions include Coleman and John’s week, Steve Harvey two different times, Nerf dart shooting, and of course a lot more!

For the segment “Did Ya Hear?”, it was too easy to talk about the Eclipse, the Super Bowl match up, and Martin Luther King Jr Day – so that’s exactly what happened! As we get closer to multiple changes with the show, it is coincidental that Coleman has a new living situation as well. Also, how is burnt ash white on black surfaces but black on white surfaces? We hope you enjoy listening as much as we enjoy chatting, legalize marinara, and LAUGH WITH US OR AT US!

Backyard Sessions 11 – Lesley Jo

Episode 11 of Backyard Sessions is featuring the multi-talented Lesley Jo! She’s a comedian/comedy host in Orlando, and a talk show host of “State of the Beer Union” and as of recently, “Tidbits”. Rocky and John bounce around quite a bit in asking their questions. Discussions included food, beer, Lesley’s perfect day, her making the change from introvert to extrovert, and obviously more!

It was a lazy day so Rocky and John ordered pizza instead of making chicken, but there was an assorted beer bucket to make up for it! Which was nothing compared to all of the beers Lesley has ever tried as she talks about her favorite kinds. She also has some insight on the comedy scene and what it’s like to be wrapped up in it. Kick back and enjoy an hour of comedian Lesley Jo!
